These air fryer tortilla chips are so easy to make, and need almost zero oil! Ready in under 15 minutes and way healthier than storebought or fried versions!

Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- ½ tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (if needed)
- Brush both sides of about 2 corn tortillas with avocado oil and then stack them on top of each other. Cut this stack into quarters to form 8 triangles.
- .Arrange these triangles in a single layer in your air fryer basket or tray. Note that depending on the size of your air fryer basket or tray, you might need to do this in batches. Sprinkle with fine salt.
- Air fry at 350°F for about 5 to 6 minutes - check after the 5 minute mark to see whether the chips are golden brown (especially around the edges). If not, check at 1 minute intervals until done (actual time will depend on your air fryer).
- Transfer tortilla chips to a wire rack and allow it to cool completely. Serve fresh or store in an airtight container!

- Crispiness: The air fryer tortilla chips will become crispier as they cool down, so don't worry if they don't feel as crispy right as you take them out of the air fryer.
- Use of avocado oil: I like using avocado oil since it's a high smoke point oil. Olive oil could also work, but I prefer avocado oil. I try to avoid using non stick sprays in the air fryer since they could aerosolize.
