Notes
- Keep a close eye on them near the end of the cooking time as they go from golden to burn very quickly.
- Also note, these crisp up as they cool down, so don't try and overcook them if they seem a little soft at the end of cook time.
- If you prefer round Air Fryer Tortilla Chips, then use a cookie cutter to cut out circles.
- You can use a pizza cutter instead of a knife if you prefer.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer, lay chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer so that the air circulates around the chips. You will need to air fry them in batches.
- Use long tongs to carefully turn your air fried tortilla chips over halfway through cooking.
- You can absolutely make this with your favorite low carb tortillas.
- Flour tortillas can be used, but the cooking time will be different.
- Air Fryer temperatures vary depending on the make and model, so use the cooking times listed as a guide, check for doneness and adjust as needed.
- Make some amazing Air Fryer Nachos by topping them with salsa, seasoned black beans, and melted cheese. #somuchyum
- Storage - keep chips in an airtight container at room temperature for 5 days.
- There are 3 Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
