Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound Shrimp finely chopped
- 4 scallions thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 30 wonton wrappers
- Oil for spraying
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together pork, shrimp, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press edges to seal.
- Spray or brush the wontons with oil. Arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer at 370°F for about 7 minutes, then flip the wontons and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
