Ingredients
- 1 Rock glass filled with ice
- Aperol This is an Italian spirit which can be found at all good liquor stores
- prosecco Italian sparkling wine
- soda water
- orange fresh slice
Instructions
- Fill a rock glass with ice.
- Pour 30ml Aperol.
- Add 60ml Prosecco.
- Pour a dash of soda water on top.
- Garnish with a thin slice of orange.
- Put a short straw inside, swirl it around to mix the ingredients.
