Olive Garden Five Cheese Ziti al Forno

This baked pasta dish combines ziti mixed with marinara, Alfredo sauce, ricotta, and fontina cheeses for a creamy and rich filling. It is topped with a mixture of shredded mozzarella, panko breadcrumbs, Romano, Parmesan cheeses, and minced garlic, baked until golden and bubbly, offering a hearty, cheesy casserole with a crisp topping.

Description

The Olive Garden Five Cheese Ziti al Forno assembles cooked ziti pasta lightly underdone, then mixes it with two sauces—marinara and Alfredo—along with ricotta and fontina cheeses. This blend creates a rich, creamy base balancing tomato and creamy flavors with varied cheese textures.

Over this, a topping combining shredded mozzarella, crunchy panko breadcrumbs, Romano and Parmesan cheeses, plus minced garlic is spread. Baking the dish uncovered at 375°F for about 30-35 minutes melts the cheeses into a bubbling, golden crust with a slight crisp from the breadcrumbs.

This dish works well as a satisfying main course offering layers of cheese and pasta, suitable for serving to families or guests seeking a comforting baked pasta experience. The garlic-infused topping adds an aromatic touch complementing the creamy cheeses.
