Asian Marinated Grilled Shrimp

These Asian Marinated Grilled Shrimp are simply divine and so easy to make. Serve with quinoa pilaf and fresh veggies for a perfect healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp
- ¼ cup coconut oil or olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (I put them in a glass casserole dish with water)
- Pour ½ the marinade over shrimp and marinade for about 1-2 hours
- Put the shrimp onto the wooden skewers
- Cook of a medium heat grill for about 10 - 12 minutes, turning once.
- Bast the shrimp with the remaining marinade the last few minutes of grilling.
