Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 large avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and minced (optional)
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, peeled and diced
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and jalapeño (if using). Process until smooth, scraping down the sides and processing again, if necessary.
- Scrape into a medium bowl and stir in the diced cucumber. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary. You might want a little more lemon, dill, or salt. Serve with cut up vegetables, pita chips, pita bread, or use as a salad dressing.
