Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

This bacon ranch cheese ball is the best appetizer for any bacon fans! Serve this easy-to-make cheese ball with your favorite crackers for a snack that will disappear in a flash.

Ingredients
For the cheese ball:
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Finely sliced green onions
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix OR 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce
For the topping:
- 2 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons Finely sliced green onions
- ½ cup Finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in the rest of the cheese ball ingredients. Beat until well combined.
- Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spoon the mixture into the center of the plastic wrap. Bring up the edges of the plastic wrap to cover the cheese and form it into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, place the topping ingredients in a shallow bowl. Unwrap the cheese ball and gently roll it in the pecans, bacon, and green onions to cover.
- Serve with crackers.
Notes
- The cheese ball base can be made up to a day ahead of time. Wait to roll the cheese ball in the toppings until just before serving.
