Ingredients
- 5 lices uncured bacon
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet to medium and fry up your bacon until crisp.
- Set it aside to cool, then crumble into small pieces.
- Remove 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease from the skillet and add it to your food processor, along with the remaining ingredients, except for the bacon.
- Pulse until well combined.
- Add in the bacon and pulse briefly, just to slightly break down the bacon.
- Chill the dressing in the fridge until ready to use over your favorite salad.
Notes
- For a thicker dip, use only ¼ cup of heavy cream.
