Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Pork chops are tossed in a balsamic herb marinade, then wrapped in a bacon weave for a delicious & impressive dinner recipe that is so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary stems removed & chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme stems removed & chopped
- 2 tbsp steak seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 8 oz boneless pork chops
- 8 slices Bacon sliced in half

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Whisk the balsamic vinegar & olive oil together in a small bowl.
- Mix in the rosemary, thyme, steak seasoning & garlic.
- Add this mixture to a plastic bag with the pork chops and toss to coat.
- Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, weave 4 bacon slices together (8 halves of bacon), then weave the other 4 bacon slices together.
- Place a pork chop in the center of each bacon weave.
- Wrap the weave around the bacon.
- Place the bacon wrapped pork chops on top of a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
