- 4 bone-in pork chops 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Rub the olive oil evenly over both sides of each pork chop.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each pork chop, rubbing it in gently to ensure it adheres well.
- Place the seasoned pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal
- temperature of 145°F at the thickest part.
- Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
