Baked Cheese Chips
Report
These Baked Cheese Chips are a low-carb and gluten-free snack that only requires 1 ingredient - grated parmesan. Use them in lieu of croutons in salads or serve them as an appetizer to wow your guests.

Ingredients
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Pour several 1 tablespoon mounds of grated parmesan onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Then flatten them into circles.
- Bake at 425 for 4-10 minutes, until the Cheese Chips are perfectly brown and crisp, watching closely so they don't burn.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
- To change up the flavor, use any other grated or shredded cheese in place of the parmesan. My family particularly likes cheddar also!
