Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 pears sliced thinly with a mandoline
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon together; mix well.
- Using a mandoline, cut the pears very thinly.
- Remove any seeds from any of the slices. Place the pear slices on the baking sheet(s), making sure not to overlap them.
- Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place into the oven to bake for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until dried and crisp (they will get crisper when cooling).
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
