Ingredients
- 1 pound diced strawberries
- 2 diced Granny Smith apples
- 2 diced kiwis
- ½ cup diced blueberries
- 1 diced mango
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Cinnamon Pita Chips
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- In a small bowl, mix the 1 pound diced strawberries, 2 diced Granny Smith apples, 2 diced kiwis, ½ cup diced blueberries, 1 diced mango, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Cinnamon Pita Chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay the 8 flour tortillas out and brush them with the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle the ¼ cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon on top.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut the tortillas into triangles and lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they become crisp.
- Serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon pita chips to dip.
