Baked Garlic Cheddar Chicken Strips

A quick and easy baked chicken strip that is coated in a buttery garlic and cheddar cheese.  They have such amazing flavor and are sure to be a meal that the entire family loves!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 chicken breast large, cut into 8 strips
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow bowl mix the melted ¼ cup melted butter and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. In another shallow bowl mix the ½ cup bread crumbs, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon oregano, and ½ teaspoon parsley.
  3. Dip the 2 large chicken breasts cut into 8 strips into the melted butter and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout and no longer pink.
