Baked Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Glaze
Report
A quick and easy dinner recipe, pork tenderloin is rubbed with a garlicky mustard glaze then roasted until tender and juicy. Leftovers are delicious thinly sliced for a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1.5 pounds or so)
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard (such as Finest Reserve Supreme Honey )
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place pork tenderloin on prepared pan and pat dry with paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard glaze then brush evenly on all sides of pork tenderloin. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until pork reaches internal cooking temperature of 145 degrees or higher.
- Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes tented with foil before slicing to serve.
Notes
- I highly suggest using an instant read digital thermometer to ensure good cook time. The National Pork Board recommends cooking pork chops, roasts, and tenderloin to an internal temperature between 145° F. (medium rare) and 160° F. (medium).
