Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin has the right amount of maple and the right amount of mustard. I just love this flavor combination!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin, we always use 2
- ½ cup chicken broth -
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup grainy mustard -
- 1-2 tablespoons garlic, minced more or less to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch -
- 1 tablespoon cold water a little more, if needed

Instructions
- Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray and turn it on to high.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both of your pork tenderloins and place them in your slow cooker.
- In a medium sized bowl combine garlic, broth, mustard and maple syrup.
- Dump on top of your pork.
- Adjust your pork to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Turn your slow cooker down to low if you are cooking all day.
- Once cooked, remove your pork to a plate and cover with foil.
- Pour the juices from your slow cooker into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium to medium high heat.
- In a small cup combine cornstarch and water.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add to slow cooker juices and stir until thickens, about 7 minutes.
- Serve your pork sliced with the gravy drizzled on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
