Description
This recipe starts by cooking refrigerated four-cheese ravioli according to package directions. Separately, ground beef is cooked with Italian seasoning and then simmered with marinara sauce. A casserole dish is layered starting with meat sauce, then shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by ravioli, and repeating layers to build a rich, cheesy bake ending with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.

Ingredients
- 16 ounce ravioli I used four cheese, refrigerated
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 3 cups marinara sauce or store-bought, homemade
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- basil for garnish, freshly chopped
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized saucepan add the ground beef and cook and crumble until no longer pink. Add in the Italian seasoning and marinara sauce.
- In a 2-quart casserole dish add 1/2 cup of the meat sauce on the bottom. Layer with 1/3 of the cheese. Layer with 1/3 of the ravioli. Repeat the layers and end with cheese.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and it is cooked throughout. Serve with freshly chopped basil.
