Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 banana frozen, overripe, 100g
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice, 80g
  • 1 Tbsp granola butter or peanut butter, 15g
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt pinch salt
  • 7-8 ice small cubes
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • sweetener optional, of choice

Optional to top:

  • granola chopped
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar
  • banana chips
  • walnuts

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add any sweetener if needed to make it more sweet (I like using a few drops of liquid stevia).
  3. Pour into a glass, top with toppings if desired and enjoy!

Notes

  • For the most banana bread flavor, freeze your banana after it’s overripe and brown all over. Peel and slice and throw in a ziplock bag. It will have the best natural banana flavor and sweetness this way!
