Ingredients
- 2 cups flour sifted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 4 bananas ripe and mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
- In one bowl, place the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix
- In another bowl mix in the mashed bananas, sour cream, eggs, vanilla and melted butter
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet. DO NOT OVERMIX
- Pour batter onto muffin tins lined with paper
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown on the outside
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
