- In a bowl, combine the vegetable oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For best results, marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
