Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
- 6 Slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat the oil olive in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken in the skillet and brown both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Place in an oven safe baking dish.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of the BBQ sauce to each chicken breast.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Then top the chicken with the shredded cheese and crumbled, cooked bacon.
- Bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the chicken from the oven. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with the green onions and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
