Berry Parfait with Homemade Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream and Crushed Oreo Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ pint of COLD whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- vanilla bean seeds
- 4-5 Oreo cookies crushed
- Handful of raspberries
- handful of strawberries sliced
Instructions
- Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and add powdered sugar until the cream is flavored at your desired degree of sweetness (I used 2 tablespoons).
- Gently remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and place them into the whipping cream.
- Using a hand mixer, beat on high until the whipping cream is thick and fluffy.
- Place a few spoonfuls of the whipped cream into the small trifle dessert dish.
- Next layer with crushed Oreo cookies followed by a few raspberries and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the process with whipped cream, crushed Oreo cookies, and berries.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!
