Berry Yogurt Parfait Breakfast Trifle Recipe

The Berry Yogurt Parfait Breakfast Trifle layers whipped Greek yogurt sweetened with maple syrup and nutmeg alongside granola and a mix of fresh berries. This creates a light, creamy, and textured dish combining tart-sweet berries, crunchy granola, and airy yogurt. It is served chilled, ideal for breakfast or a fresh snack.

Description

This trifle recipe whips plain nonfat Greek yogurt with maple syrup and freshly grated nutmeg until light and airy. The mixture is layered in a glass dish alternating with homemade granola and a mix of fresh raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. The parfait highlights natural berry flavors complemented by the mellow sweetness and warmth of nutmeg in the yogurt, while the granola adds crunch and substance.

The trifle is served immediately but can be refrigerated and brought back to room temperature before serving. It pairs well as a nutrient-rich start to the day, offering protein from yogurt and antioxidants from fresh berries balanced by natural sweetness and texture from granola.

The whipped yogurt blend makes the parfait visually attractive with smooth, fluffy layers contrasting the fresh fruit. This breakfast trifle is suitable for gatherings or a nourishing everyday treat.
