Fajita Veggies are healthy and loaded with caramelized onions and crispy green bell peppers. It’s one of the best Cookout Side Dishes and so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 green bell peppers sliced
- 1 large red onion sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add oil to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Heat until the oil is very hot.
- Add sliced bell pepper and red onions.
- Stir fry and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add oregano and salt to taste. Stir and cook for about 2 more minutes until the veggies are slightly softened. Serve and enjoy!
