Easy Apple Salad is one of the best side dishes to serve with salmon. It takes less than 10 minutes and is so delicious.

Ingredients
- 3 large apples chopped
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Core apples and cut them into small chunks.
- Add them into a large bowl, and mix with fresh lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
- Add celery, raisins, and walnuts.
