This winning combination of fruits drizzled with a lemon poppy seed dressing makes the best summer fruit salad you'll ever have.

Ingredients
- 1 large fresh pineapple
- 2 pounds strawberries
- 4 large kiwis
- 1/4 cup lemon juice about 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions
- For the pineapple, slice the ends off 1 large fresh pineapple and cut away the peel. Cut the fruit away from the core and dice into bite-sized cubes. Strawberries:
- For the strawberries, rinse them thoroughly, hull them to remove the stems, and cut the big strawberries into slices or quarters.
- For the kiwis, slice them in half and use a spoon to remove the fruit from the peel. Cut into bite-sized wedges.
- Combine all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle1/4 cup lemon juice over fruit. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds over and then stir gently to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
