Big Mac Bites

These Big Mac bites have everything we love about the classic burger in a bite-size treat. These little Big Mac bowls are so easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 6 hamburger buns split
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worcheshire sauce
  • 6 lices American cheese each cut in four pieces
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed
  • 12 Dill pickle chips
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Spray a 12 count regular-size muffin cup with cooking spray.
  4. In a large skillet brown and crumble your ground beef and drain. Remove from heat. To the meat add your worcestershire sauce, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Press half of a bun, cut side up, into each muffin cup, pressing to thin out the bun some.
  6. Place a quarter of each slice of cheese into each cup.
  7. Divide meat mixture evenly among muffin cups.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes until the buns are lightly toasted.
  9. Remove from the oven and immediately top each cup with another quarter of the cheese slices.
  10. After 5 minutes remove from pan and place on platter or cutting board.
  11. Sprinkle each one with sesame seeds, a drizzle of the thousand island.
  12. And a pickle chip.
  13. Serve and enjoy every bite!
