Ingredients
for the Big Mac sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp dill pickles finely diced
for the Big Mac tacos (smash burger tacos)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6-8 small flour tortillas
- vegetable oil for cooking
- 6-8 slices Monterrey jack or American cheese
- shredded iceberg lettuce for serving
- dill pickles for serving

Instructions
- Start by making the sauce; mix together all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine ground beef, onion powder, salt and pepper into a bowl.
- Press a little bit more than a tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the tortillas. Have them all ready and laid out before you begin cooking.
- Preheat a skillet over high heat and add a bit of oil to the pan; it should be very hot. Place one tortilla with the beef mixture side down. Flatten it with a spatula. Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip.
- Place cheese slice on top of the beef and cover with a lid for about 30 seconds to help melt the cheese.
- Remove from the pan and repeat with all the tacos. Serve with lettuce, big mac sauce and pickles.
