Ingredients
Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Beef:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup yellow onion diced
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Wraps:
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, sweet relish, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.
- In a frying pan or large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef with the minced onion until the meat is golden brown and cooked through. Season it with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, and then stir to combine.
- Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean preparation surface. Spoon the cooked ground beef onto the center of the tortilla. Top the meat with mild cheddar cheese, sliced dill pickles, and shredded lettuce. Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the fillings and carefully fold the tortilla to form wraps.
- Serve these delicious burger wraps immediately, securing them with toothpicks if necessary, as well as serving them with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Sauce Consistency: Adjust the ingredients in the Big Mac sauce to achieve your desired thickness, flavor, and consistency.
- Even Cooking: Make sure the ground beef is cooked evenly by breaking it into small pieces with a meat masher and stirring frequently while cooking.
- Warm Tortillas: Heat the tortillas for a little bit in the microwave or on a medium skillet before assembling the wraps to make them more pliable and keep them from tearing.
- Toothpick Securement: If you're using toothpicks to secure the wraps, place them diagonally across the wraps. Remember to remove the toothpicks before eating.
