- 1 cup club soda to taste
- 2 tbsp heavy cream to taste

- Once the simple syrup has cooled completely, fill a large glass with ice.
- Pour three tablespoons of simple syrup over the ice. Add the club soda. Top with heavy cream. Stir and enjoy!!
