Servings

Strawberry blackberry banana smoothie

  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blackberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • milk of choice, to thin if desired

Smoothie bowl (pick and choose)

  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 to 2 strawberries fresh, sliced
  • 1 to 2 blackberries fresh, halved if large
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes unsweetened, toasted

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt, blackberries, strawberries, and banana to the blender and blend on the highest setting until smooth.
  2. If enjoying as a smoothie, add milk of your choice to make the smoothie thinner, if desired.
  3. If enjoying as a smoothie bowl, pour the smoothie mixture into bowls and top with more fresh fruit, granola, or toasted coconut.
