Ingredients
- 2 cups PLAIN yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 blood oranges sliced into 1/2 inch wheels, skin removed
- 4 red beets small, roasted, peeled and quartered
- ¼ cup almonds slivered
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Pour yogurt and honey into a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Spread mixture onto a large platter and top with blood oranges and beets.
- Sprinkle dish with almonds and poppy seeds. Serve.
