These tasty popsicles are a sneaky way to get kids to eat kale. Reprinted from Kale: The Complete Guide to the World's Most Powerful Superfood by Stephanie Pedersen.

Ingredients
- 1 c. frozen blueberries
- 1 c. baby kale leaves
- 2 c. organic purple grape juice
Instructions
- In a food processor or high-powered blender (such as VitaMix or Blendtec), blend all ingredients until perfectly liquefied.
- Pour into ice pops molds or ice cube molds (I used a Zoku).
- Freeze until solid.
