Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 large kale leaf , stem removed
- Handful of ice (optional)

Instructions
- Combine the water, orange juice, mango, blueberries, avocado and kale in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If a thicker texture is desired, add in a handful of ice and blend again. Serve cold, with a straw.
