Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini
Report
This refreshing twist on a classic cocktail hails from Fleming's Steakhouse. Their Blueberry Lemon Drop is perfect for summer, but also melts away the winter blues. It takes just a few minutes to muddle and shake up. Cheers!

Instructions
- Rub a lemon wedge over the rim of a martini glass and dip in raw sugar to create a sugar rim. Add 2 blueberries to the glass and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 12 remaining blueberries. Add ice, blueberry vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup; shake and then strain into the martini glass (use a small fine mesh sieve to remove all the blueberry skins and seeds). Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adapted from Fleming's Steakhouse
- I've made this recipe multiple times with both blueberry vodka and regular vodka on different occasions. Regular vodka will definitely yield a delicious cocktail if that's all you have!
- Also note that blueberries come in different sizes, and some will yield more color than others when muddled into this drink. If your blueberries aren't really in season, add a few extra to get more blueberry color and flavor into the drink.
