Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2/3 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x5 loaf pan with baking spray.
- In a large bowl sift together whole wheat flour, flour, baking soda and salt.
- Whisk in buttermilk and molasses until well combined then stir in the raisins.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
