Boursin Prosciutto Arugula Crostini are the easiest 5 ingredient appetizer you can make! Crunchy crostini are topped with creamy Boursin cheese, crisp arugula, and salty prosciutto. They are finished with a drizzle of sweet and sticky balsamic glaze. These are a fan favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 baguette (sliced into ½ " slices, or 1 box store bought crostini)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking oil of choice)
- 1 pack Boursin garlic and herb cheese (150 grams, or herb and garlic cream cheese, or spreadable garlic cheese of choice)
- 100 grams prosciutto (cut or torn into pieces, about 12 slices)
- 2 cups arugula
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Instructions
- If using store bought crostini skip this step. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush both sides of each bread slice generously with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 5 minutes until toasted on both sides, flipping halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- To assemble the crostini, spread a spoonful of Boursin on each crostini. Top with enough arugula to cover the crostini. Top each with a piece of prosciutto. Lightly drizzle the top of each crostini with balsamic glaze.
- Just before serving, drizzle the balsamic glaze over each crostini. Serve and enjoy!
