Bowtie Chicken Caesar Salad
Description
Bowtie Chicken Caesar Salad blends romaine lettuce with tender diced chicken and bowtie pasta, making it both a fresh salad and a light pasta dish. Garlic croutons add crunch while shredded Parmesan contributes a sharp, savory note. Tossing all the ingredients with Caesar dressing just before serving ensures the greens stay crisp and the flavors meld harmoniously.
The chicken can be freshly cooked or replaced with rotisserie chicken for convenience, making this salad flexible for various preparation times. The combination of textures—from the crisp lettuce to the chewy pasta—adds to its appeal as a filling side or main salad.
This recipe is practical for feeding about ten people, suitable for gatherings or meal prep. Using your preferred Caesar dressing allows you to adjust the salad’s tang and creaminess to taste. Tossing the dressing last keeps the croutons crunchy and the salad vibrant when served.
