Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
- ¼ cup parmesan
Instructions
- Add garlic, dried herbs, pepper, salt, red chili flakes, EVOO, balsamic glaze, and parmesan cheese.
- Mix well. Serve it with crusty bread to dip.
- Enjoy with a glass of red wine.
