Broccoli Cauliflower Rice

This addicting Broccoli Cauliflower Rice recipe requires only 4 ingredients and is so easy to make. Enjoy a low carb side dish that's ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 small broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets. Process them in a food processor until they're fine and resemble rice
- Dump the mixture on a large cookie sheet. Season with salt, pepper and the olive oil. Mix and spread the cauliflower and broccoli on the sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Spread the mixture again and allow to bake for another 10 minutes. Repeat the above process until it begins to golden.
- Enjoy!
