Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer
- 2 boxes brownie mix + necessary ingredients on the box
For the Cookie Dough Layer
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter softened
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup funfetti sprinkles
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 Tablespoons whole milk
For the Chocolate Ganache
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat four 9-inch round pans with non-stick baking spray.
- Spread 3 cups of flour on a baking sheet.
- When the oven reaches temperature, cook the flour for 5 minutes, then remove it from the oven
- Allow to cool until you're ready to make the cookie dough layer.
To Make the Brownie Layer
- Mix brownie batter according to package directions and divide evenly among the 4 pans.
- Bake according to directions for using two 8-inch square pans (which are about the same volume as using two 9-inch round pans).
- Allow to cool completely before removing from pans.
To Make the Edible Cookie Dough
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla, salt, milk, and the flour that you pre-cooked.
- Fold in the sprinkles and the chocolate chips.
To Make the Chocolate Ganache
- Using a small saucepan, bring the heavy whipping cream to a simmer.
- Place the chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl, then pour the hot cream on top of the chocolate.
- Whisk until smooth and pour into a squeeze bottle.
To Build the Cake
- Place one layer of brownie onto the cake board.
- Scoop one cup of the edible cookie dough on top and spread evenly.
- Add a second layer of brownie.
- Top with another layer of cookie dough frosting.
- Place a third layer of brownie on top.
- Use the squeeze bottle to drizzle the top and sides of the cake with chocolate ganache.
- Decorate the top of the cake with scoops of cookie dough and brownie chunks (using the 4th pan of brownies, broken into bite-size pieces).
