Buko Lychee Juice is a delicious tropical drink made with shredded young coconut, coconut water, and lychee. It's easy to make and so refreshing!

Ingredients
- 2 cups young coconut meat buko, shredded
- 4 cups coconut juice
- 1 can lychee in syrup 20 ounces, drained
- ⅔ cup sugar
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, young coconut, coconut juice, lychee (including syrup), and sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve in tall glasses over ice.
