Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, popcorn, and Cheerios, stirring gently to mix everything together.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients, gently folding everything together until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet pan, then sprinkle the sprinkles evenly on top. Place the pan in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Once set, break into pieces and serve, or store in an airtight container until ready to enjoy!

Notes

  • Hint: To keep your Bunny Bait from clumping together, spread it out in a single layer on the baking sheet right after mixing in the melted chocolate. This ensures even coating and makes it easier to break into bite-sized pieces once it sets!
  • Top Tip: For an extra festive touch, switch up the sprinkles and mix-ins to match different holidays! Use pastel sprinkles for Easter, red and green for Christmas, or orange and black for Halloween—Bunny Bait isn’t just for Easter, it’s a year-round treat!
