Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add both kinds of cereal, the M&M’s, peanuts, and pretzel sticks to a large bowl and toss to combine. Set aside.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat, stirring well every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir quickly but gently to combine.
- Spread the snack mix out on the baking sheet and top with sprinkles and glitter if desired. Allow to set for 20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: Store bunny bait in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Take care not to burn the chocolate when you melt it. Heat it in increments in the microwave, or melt it on the stovetop in a double boiler.
- Place the chocolate-covered mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If you don't line it, it will be very tricky to remove!
- Let the chocolate fully set before enjoying.
