Butterscotch chocolate chip cookie bars make an easy dessert using a cake mix. Each bar is gooey and delicious with tons of butterscotch.

Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil together in a bowl. The batter will be thick. Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
- Spray a 9X13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Press the batter into the pan. You will have to press it out since the batter will be thick.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Allow it to cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Keep the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
