These soft, chewy Cadbury Egg Cookies are the perfect Easter treat! Packed with mini Cadbury Eggs and melty chocolate, they’re easy to make and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 10 ounces Cadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl blend butter, sugars, and vanilla with a mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
- Gradually add flour mixture until just combined. Don’t overbeat. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Place 3-4 Cadbury Mini Eggs on each cookie round.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool cookies on a cooling rack.
Notes
- You can freeze both the cookie dough and baked cookies. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
