Ingredients
- 2 tbsp paprika , sweet + smoked, use more of one or the other based on heat preference. Smoky paprika is generally hotter.
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp cayenne
- 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- optional add ins for variation: crushed bay leaf, 1/4 tsp ground mustard

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for upto 3 months
