Ingredients
- 3 Cups broccoli florets
- 3 teaspoons Cajun spice mix More To Taste
- 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tablespoons margarine fat free
- 1 green bell pepper Seeded And Sliced, whole
- 1 red bell pepper Seeded And Sliced, whole
- ½ red onion Sliced, whole, large
- 3 cloves garlic Minced
- 4 Roma tomato Diced, whole
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 cup half and half fat free
- cayenne pepper to taste
- black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
- salt to taste
- parsley To Taste, chopped, fresh
