Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Measure out 1 cup of flour. Remove 2 tablespoons of the flour, returning it to your container for another use.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the flour. Whisk together to combine, then sift the mixture at least 2-3 times to mimic the airy texture of cake flour.
- Measure and use as directed in the recipe.
